Multi-Crew Cooperation

The Multi-Crew Cooperation Training is the last step of our ATPL-TNG. It can be performed either on a B737NG or an Airbus 320 Simulator with our corporate partners.

The focus of this training is on learning and showing skills in leadership, teamwork, decision making processes and communication for becoming a reliable, safety oriented and confident crew member.

Our MCC training program consists of 10 days seminar

  • 25 hrs theoretical training

  • 20 hrs simulator training

  • CBT & Manuals

Booking through Air Alliance Flight Center GmbH, accommodation and travel expenses are not included.
